The Garrett Hill Community Enhancement Trust is a non-profit charitable organization created to apply for, collect, direct and manage funding to improve the parks and community areas, streetscape amenities and transit accessibility within the confines of the Garrett Hill Master Plan as accepted by the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners on July 21, 2008. The GHCET is for the betterment of the entire Garrett Hill community within Radnor Township.

The Garrett Hill Community Enhancement Trust has been granted status as a 501(c)(3) non-profit institute
